LICENSE AGREEMENT

The Software ("Internet Made Easy CD-ROM") is distributed under the
following license: 

All users are permitted to use the software in accordance with this license.
 
Use of the software constitutes agreement to the terms of this agreement, and 
to the disclaimer. Users have no proprietary rights over the software, which
is licensed to them by the Author. 

Should users be in breach of this agreement, the Author and Copyright Holder 
reserves the right to direct user(s) to discontinue use of the program. 

Severe breaches of this agreement may also attract legal action, at the 
discretion of the Author and Copyright Holder.

Commercial Use of this product ("Internet Made Easy CD-ROM") is 
strictly prohibited. 

Under no circumstances shall you, the end-user, be permitted, allowed or
authorized to commercially exploit the Software, or any portion thereof,
such as a screen display or a screenshot without the explicit permission
of Media Masters, Inc. 

If you wish to obtain a dupliation license for this CD-ROM you must contact
Media Masters, Inc. corporate office at 503-521-9217. 

This duplication license would allow you the legal rights to duplicate this 
software on your own.


Additional Prohibited Uses:

Neither you, nor anyone at your direction, shall take the 
following action in regard to the Software: 

 - Modify, disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile the Software; 

 - Translate the Software; 

 - Reproduce the Software; unless you have the duplication rights to the 
   aforementioned CD-ROM title.


Distributive Concessions:

The Software may be sold and distributed if you have purchased a distributor 
rights package, or purchased an exclusive reprint rights package through
Media Masters, Inc.


Other Matters:
============== 

 - In the case that the software does not perform, or fail to perform it's task,
or for any reason ceases to be of use, the user's exclusive remedy shall be to 
discontinue use of the software. You agree that the author is under no obligation
to provide updates, bugfixes or support for the software.

The Internet Made Easy CD-ROM® contains 50 complete, step-by-step training 
tutorials and a listing of OVER 200 of the Top Web sites all designed to 
be the fastest, easiest way to learn about the Internet.

This product was written to support all existing versions of Microsoft Windows.


MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
===========================

* Intel Pentium II Processor or higher 
* Windows 98 SE, ME, Windows 2000 or Windows XP 
* 32 MB or more of free available system RAM 
* 800x600, 16-bit (thousands of colors) color display or better 
* CD-ROM drive 

In addition to the previous mentioned requirements, the following may also need to 
be installed on your system in order to access certain functions/features available
on the CD-ROM products.

* Microsoft Internet Explorer® 4.0 or higher 
* Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher 
* WinZip (not required if using Windows XP)
* Adobe Acrobat Reader 

We highly recommend you close all open programs before running this program.
